You keep every progress that you made on that same xbox love account and you keep the dlcs. Not every game is backwards compatibility a yet. You can find out exactly what games are backward compatible. But at the moment you will have to buy destiny etc again. You can search up on the internet what games are able to play from the 360 to the one.
