Every company that has plans to succeed is a "cash grab" company. Imagine going into a group of investors or the bank that loaned you money and saying....Sorry! We just didn't feel like making it happen this year. We've got some really happy consumers out there in a highly competitive industry and we'd also like to borrow more money so we can keep them even happier with free stuff.
Bungie got their foundation and fan base early and now they have partners and investors to answer to.
I agree with what you're saying, but it's not about being a sheep or fanboy. Your point becomes invalid way too soon.

Imagine a game where the vast majority of its fan base was happy with their purchase....like FF7 or MW2 or Halo.... Imagine companies that lie to their customers to milk more money out of them and then say they are working to improve but never do except making purple balls and -blam!-ing up the weapon balance even more or not having enough content but charging more for 2 weeks worth of content with a shader and a different looking sparrow that you can't race with cause there are no races.... I'm starting to sense a pattern here...

Valid points for sure. And yes, the purple ball in the Outpost is even a lot harder to control.

Yea, I hit post by mistake and now it's an edited mess. Goin to bed you soulless red headed bastard! Gnite.

Haha, fair enough. I hate when I do that, too. Major feels, bro.
