You leap down from the reservoir platform and onto the metal porch of the outpost. You land heavily, a [b][i]clang![/i][/b] echoing throughout the keep. But that's not all you hear.
You hear the creaking and churning of metal below you. The floor panels suddenly buffer beneath you. You can feel the supports of the structure collapsing. You landed to hard.
Will you escape the crumbling building or risk staying there to find some loot inside of it?

Let's stay to see what I can find

You quickly run inside of the room. There is nobody inside, although there is a cheap and cut up sofa sat in the corner. There is also a large gear box sitting next to it. You feel more supports collapse from under the structure.

I'll also take the anti-synthesizer bounty

Did I escape the shack?

A floor panel falls out from beneath you as you grab the pistol and ammo, and down into the 100 foot drop into sewage below, and you're falling with it. Act quick!

Grapple hand to whatever I can find

You don't aim at the crumbling outpost, but instead the reservoir platform you jumped off of which is a lot more stable. Your hand latches on to its edge and you zip up to the side of it. You are safe.

I head back to the sewers and wander, hoping to come across any form of life

You traverse the Sewers, alone, and eventually find yourself at an abandoned subway terminal. A man in a trench-coat sits on a nearby bench.

I grab my gun and approach him without drawing

He glances at you. "Hmm?"

How's sewer life treating you?
-
"It... smells, and there are rats crawling everywhere. The ones with the black suits and the various firearms in their hands." he responds, emotionlessly. His face is shadowed by a wide-brimmed hat under the dim ceiling light hanging above him.

Ask him if he has anything to buy

"No, I'm not one of those people. I am simply a piece of these wonderful backdrops found in the Sewers."

Oh okay then, wanna talk about anything?

He then looks at you from under his hat. His face is under the light now, and you can see he has pale skin and vibrant blue eyes. "Why? What would we talk about?"

Nothing I just wanted to know if you wanted to talk. *walks away in search of the synth or civilization*

[spoiler] I want to say something really badly, but I won't, because it would spoil something [/spoiler] You head deeper into the Sewers. You come across a large shanty town in a huge, dried-out water reservoir. People are here. It is civilization.

I climb the highest building and scan the town

You scan the town. You find cyber-junkies and cyber-mercs below, hidden under buildings. Mafia goons roam, too, making the innocent Sewer folks shift.

Let's head to the cyber merc and see what's for sale

You approach the Merc. He glances at you as he cleans his surgical tools. "Whaddya want?"
