You use run through the tunnels , climb through the ventilations, all with one arm. As you do so, you can feel your life force slipping away.
You finally reach a small vent leading to the surface of Centra, into an alleyway, blood covering your entire body. The vent is big enough for you to squeeze through, but it is welded shut.
You have 1 KAP-8 in your system. Use it well.

The person you talk to says that "everything's free here." You guess that's because the place is anarchy and all of the buildings are rural.
