Is bungie doing nothing about the Pay to Win sites?

So many people should know by now of destinyelite.com and maybe even gunsofdestiny.com(?), sites where you pay someone else to complete activities for you. Not just with you, but actually for you. Destinyelite.com actually wants you to give them your PSN account information so they can literally do it for you. This is optional, but mostly at their decision. Is anything being done about this? Are they even violating anything in the ToS or anything else? No one seems to know if they are or not. Can bungie address this?

 • It shows people will pay to circumvent things that stand in the way of their enjoyment of playing a game. Bungie created Haves and Have nots, the have nots will either stop playing or go to extremes to stay current with the rest. More often then not they move on, hence why my friends list was at an all time low the last night and didn't even bother doing one nightfall.
