Should I bother getting Shadow of Veils if I have Her Benevolence already?

If you have an Arc Her Benevolence already that is 365 I wouldn't bother. Otherwise if you do want a 365 arc sniper and don't feel like spending the Etheric light on your Her Benevolence then it's a pretty good sniper rifle.
