Whose genius idea was it to create this as a "reward" for prison elders? When will shank burn ever help on a sniper rifle? Last week variks had the Last Rebellion, a void rocket launcher with shank burn. Maybe, just maybe..., you might want to shoot a cluster of fallen and hope to catch shanks in the blast radius. This is pointless. Is there no QA for the rng of vendors gear? Or did someone deliberately do this out of spite?
