DeeJ is doing the best he can. I'm not sure a lot of people know what a CM does, which makes his job harder. I think the new guy is going to do just fine. Pretty soon we'll be seeing "Cozmo sucks" threads, though. Personally, I'd hate to have either one of their jobs (I'd also get fired in a week for telling some of the people here to -blam!- off.) I am kind of concerned. If they hired a second CM, there might be a shit storm on the way. Guess we'll find out soon. PR jobs are hard. I wish him nothing but the best.
