Bungie isn't some -blam!-ing kid that doesn't know how to handle himself. It's a company full of grown men that looked at and agreed to a contract on the terms and conditions of Activision. They weren't forced into it, it isn't slave labor. They wanted to make money and they knew Activision knew exactly how to make that happen. Bungie isn't the good guy here, grow up.
