Etheric Light

200 Vanguard marks for 1 Etheric Light
200 Crucible marks for 1 Etheric Light
This would have an automatic weekly cap since you can't earn 200 a week.
Boom. Best idea ever made. Bring it.
EDIT: I want to thank everyone for their support for this idea. Even the people who disagreed politely. I have no illusions that this idea will ever be implemented, but it's still nice to see that I'm not the only person here who thinks this could work.

I asked bungie for those that have the DLC if they could do something like this: For OG Destiny Daily Heroic: Ascendant Materials and an Engram For TDB Daily Heroic: Radiant Materials and an Engram For HOW Daily Heroic: Etheric Light and an Engram But what your saying for those that don't have the DLC does make a lot of sense. I haven't used my marks for anything really for a while. Be nice to have a new vender possibly in the tower you can sell the marks to buy things like etheric light, or maybe older gen 1 or 2 weapons that you actually liked at a discount price.
