Someone Australian brought up something about a drop bear so I searched and found this article. Still curious if it's a real animal lmao. Is it?

They're a serious problem here. They mainly attack tourists for some reason, which is why tourism has dropped significantly since they were introduced to Australia in the early 1900's.

Precisely. See, we've grown up with them, and all the precautions we need to exercise in order to avoid attacks. We have the training ingrained into our natural instincts. Tourists don't. They're far too concerned with taking pictures and wearing awful "holiday clothes" to notice the furry bundle of death plummeting down upon their heads. Ever hear in the news about a foreign tourist going "missing" in the Australian outback without a trace? Drop bears leave nothing behind...
