He then looks at you from under his hat. His face is under the light now, and you can see he has pale skin and vibrant blue eyes. "Why? What would we talk about?"

I climb the highest building and scan the town

You scan the town. You find cyber-junkies and cyber-mercs below, hidden under buildings. Mafia goons roam, too, making the innocent Sewer folks shift.

How about making my finger darts auto retrieval?, The ability to see electronics though walls, and shields built into my forearms? Can you do all of that for 3grand?
