Are they reintroducing final round? And what do they mean by precision damage? Like headshots? Doesn't that make the perk virtually useless?

They actually just made FR useless in pvp... since the spear/BH/ IB already could one shot anyone with a overshield (ie blessing of light/ radiance/solarshield) now it's just a pve perk. And even at that it's not even that special. 1k more damage then normal round. Yep bungie screwed it up completely cause cry babies whine and only a small percentage of FR users actually abused that perk.

Yeah I have a rarely was I killed by FR not in the head. Or if I was already hurting! Yes I've seen the exploit but after how the special ammo pickups was reduced. I really only saw it a handful of times. Yes it was annoying but hell that just means let's rounds they have to kill my team overall. I think it was perfect as is. Cry babies that just wanna use there damn scrub shotguns ruined it for everyone.

No.. first and foremost I always aim for the headshot.. but hey I didn't always get thst headshot. Sometimes I'm low sometimes I'm to the side or high.. but when that fr came up..it was okay of I was off.. it was a kill. 1 Round out of 3 or in case of my LBS 1 out of 5. A regular round drop you to literally 10 to 15% hp. That's roughly 1 180 damage. So the final round gave bonus damage on top of the regular. Which on all weapons that's 20% boost. What the hell is the point of changing it to only headshots when a headshot ALREADY one shot. It was freaking stupid

I agree with you there. Granted I'm a shotgun user more so than sniper. But I hate how 90% of people use shotguns

I only run shotguns for the bounty. Other then that's it's either sniper or fusion. QBB too lil bit of a combo haha

Disclaimer - I am trying to get better at sniping. And if there were more viable alternatives I would take it

Oh so they just moved it from an all around perk to a strictly pve perk makes sense. But I'm still wondering if they are reintroducing it into snipers or strictly for old snipers. Because I heard final round on pve is amazing.
