Petition to save the Black Hammer from annihilation
For anybody who has no idea what this is about, Bungie announced in their latest weekly update that the white nail perk is going to be nerfed. Now, instead of keep getting three free rounds, it's going to take 3 rounds from your ammo pile. This is BS. Sign below if you want Bungie to keep the BH as it is.

In my opinion the only thing they got right was the the nerfs on thorn and last word and final round snipers. But come on dude really? Wtf. your now making the blackhammer useless just like yourselves. More worried about breaking weapon balance than fixing your servers. Im sorry but bungie is just shitty at what they do. Signed. The Hammer was just fine how it was...everything else I can bear and understand but tweaking this weapon in the way Bungie plans to, takes away what sets it apart from other snipers. [spoiler]worse comes to worst, I can always fall back on Icebreaker but even that's getting tweaked...which it shouldn't[/spoiler]

I'm pretty sure the only thing that needed a nerf where the ridiculous exotic primary's being used in, wait for it......... PVP!!!!! PVE has been pretty fun recently and "fun" Should be the primary objective for PVE. No more shotty fun on strikes :-( I have only just acquired the black hammer and it just got -blam!-ed!!! I'm pretty sure I have never read a thread anywhere that said nerf the black hammer or the gally? All that needed to happen was a thorn and TLW range nerf and an auto rifle buff... At this stage I'm not sure what in the -blam!- bungie are playing at.

I like it actually. I think it's a good balance to a good gun. Now you have to be more careful and can't just constantly shoot stuff in the face (or stomach in Phogoths case) thus making it easier. Want infinite ammo? Use Ice breaker. You'll just have to wait longer.

Signed. I feel what they should have done was just reduce the amount of ammo you carry total. From 15, to something like 9.

While I love this weapon I can understand the nerf even if I don't personally like it. However, can I point out they are increasing base ammo capacity to 18. Add in whatever special or sniper ammo buffs you have from your ammo and we can still carry enough ammo to down any single target easily. It just means we need to pick up ammo afterwards. It's not that big a deal. I find the Ice-breaker nerf more pointless and damaging to an otherwise well balanced gun.
