Only reason i see them doing this is because they slightly nerfed ice breaker if they didnt touch ice breaker or even buffed its ammo regen i could see this gun being untouched but because they did this gun would of been better then any exotic sniper in the game and thats the only reason they did it. Im mad as -blam!- as well i hope they speed up the special ammo times to a minute for poping a synth so its not fire 21 rounds wait 5 minutes to use my black hammer. Only thing i liked was the TLW and Thorn nerf and auto rifle buff i cant wait to use Monte Carlo again. Also i want a NLB now that gun is gonna be the new gun to bitch about i see it now.
