I read it closely and I noticed something about shotguns. Hammerforged, send it, and the barrel upgrades were not nerfed also the universal remote perk wasn't.
So, found verdict, invective, and the universal remote should still be the same.

I'm glad those don't get hurt as hard.

They shouldnt be at all really. At least noticable. In PvE, iron banner, and osiris yes. But the crucible seems to be the loophole.
