Eh it was stupidly overpowered in PvE

it was fair, all strike bosses are bullet sponges so blackhammer having 'infinite' ammo was a good balance to challenge that

Only if you had aim. Now gally is another story. You didn't need aim or any kind of skill. No strafe, etc etc.
