In protest Gally owners should all make Gally only groups from now on.
If you own a Gally only play with other Gally owners. That way all the people who wanted the nerf but at the same time always want your help can't get it.
Edit 1: In my experiences most of the people starting groups saying you must have a ghorn are looking for help not elitist. It's people who can't play the game asking for the help of the almighty rocket launcher that have caused the problem so let them do it on their own.

So it's a case Unity divides and diversity Unites or rather a them or us mentality, coz that always ends well. I for one won't be assigning blame to everyone who hasn't had a random magical moment of RNG luck just because a small group of whiners and statistical data brought this about. I will stand by my guardian brothers as long as they're willing to fight and brought an adequate weapon for the task at hand, so forget turning on each other.

I will simply change games. I am considering that anyway, but I am waiting to see what happens with the Taken King. If all my weapons and armor are irrelevant...see ya.

1 ReplyI raid with the same group of friends (clan) so this does not really effect me but i think this nerf will back fire, LFGs will soon require all team members to own g-horns to make up for the nerf personally i don't mind any of the buffs or nerfs ("lie" i will cry about my blackhammer and icebreaker)

The people who feel they [i]need[/i] Gjallys to get through endgame activities will now be even more stingy with allowing those in that don't have one. No longer can one person with Gjally cover the damage output of another without it, and thus it will become a requirement for everyone in the fireteam. The nerf that they thought would diminish its exclusivity is actually going to promote [i]more[/i] elitism.
