Yeah, but when you can it is much more powerful than probably anything in the game. Even a gjally cant compete with black hammer damage due to the lack of heavy ammo.

I'm mad they nerfed the Ice Breaker too! But that is true. They should make the Black Hammer void and make it an exotic.
