Seriously? Why Black Hammer?
Honestly Bungie. What person in their right mind would do this to black hammer. That's what made it so good, and now it's just gonna be an average slow shooting sniper that doesn't reload. Why do you think it was so wanted? Because it was infinite ammo in a legendary. Now it's just useless.

Edit: Just to make some of you realize
1)Triple Tap would be more useful
2)Black Hammer is now just a legendary that can skip the reload animation
3)Black Hammer is just a slow shooting sniper that can skip the reload animation.

Word of crotas perk is still worse than blackhammers you -blam!-nobs. Fang of Ir yit makes enemies light up for Christ's sake. Then there is the one gun from the raid that makes infinite ammo possible.. Yeah, sure, that fits the current trend of how they wanted to treat raid weapons.
