Yeah but they didn't just nerf them. They nerfed them in to the -blam!-ing ground. They annihilated them. One of the things that made Black Hammer's white nail perk so great was the fact that it allowed you to not use up reserve ammo. But it still took skill to get good using it. Now there's no point in getting good using it, if I miss a shot I just reload. And because of the nerf to Black Hammer, people are going to use Oce Breaker even more now, even with its nerf. I'd be willing to be that unless something better comes along, IB will be the go to PVE sniper again, even with its nerf.
