Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

I'm betting alot of the PVE nerfs, if not all, were done in lieu of them being able to create meaningfull PVE encounters that can't be cheesed as easily as their past encounters.
