Signed. I don't even have Black Hammer yet. I might even be okay if the reserve went up to maybe 24. OR pulled ammo from reserve and regenerated ammo into reserve. OR reserve of 21, pulled from reserve and regenerated 1/2 rounds to reserve per tripple critical. Reasoning here is not many people land that many consecutive highspeed criticals anyway and often burn through their ammo eventually anyway.
