Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

2 RepliesIt was used WAYYYYY too often in endgame content. Used so much to the point that one was punished for not having it. Now, everybody runs out of ammo as normal (unless you have Ice Breaker). I have it. Im not mad.
