But other weapons can roll Shoot to Loot. White Nail is exclusive to Black Hammer. I've cheesed the Nexus from the ledge using that perk. I've stun locked the Archon Priest with it. And those Spider Tanks can be taken down before getting a shot off most times. Bad Juju is the only perk to come close, and even that requires a kill to refill ammo. The perk is currently OP for a legendary weapon. I wouldn't mind seeing it make a comeback on an exotic sniper someday, but I have to agree with Bungie for now.
