Let's put it this way. if you manage to land all of your precision shots then you will have activated the White Nail Perk 6 times (since the ammo is going up to 18). Meaning you don't have to reload because of the perk BUT when that 6th White Nail perk kicks in you will no longer have any special ammo for your sniper because it used all of your reserve special ammo.
