Yea pretty dumb, white nail is now worse than the default sniper perk that adds 1 shot back to the mag for landing headshots. It fires so slow you cant even take advantage of it, if praedyths revenge had this perk then yea maybe it might be ok, but this is one, if not the slowest sniper in the game
