Wow it's such an idiotic point of view I can't believe you're defending it. First off they didn't say how much they are nerfing the damage so you don't know if it will be the best heavy damage or not. Second how are you still not getting that nerfing the damage will make it less required. Even if it's still the strongest heavy it's weaker than before therefore less useful therefore less used and needed. Gally isn't needed to kill anything so your logic of now that it does less damage you will need more gallies is so -blam!-ing stupid I literally can't believe some one that dumb exists in this world.
