It's the only nerf i have a problem with. (Don't even mind the nerf on gjallarhorn)
But blackhammer white nail perk (mag precision bonus) is hard to reach when you are under fire. I can't even count how many times i had 2 crit hits and missed the last. I never saw anyone shoot 20 bullets in a row, landing crit hits when under fire.
That perk is the only reason black hammer excists.
Oh well: It's going back to icebreaker and HoC

Icebreaker rounds are upped to 8 seconds now an extra 50% wait time on a full mag.

Yeah i know! I dislike that nerf to, but not as much as the rediculous nerf of a signature perk on black hammer. Oh well, i'll adapt and get over it.
