It's the only nerf i have a problem with. (Don't even mind the nerf on gjallarhorn) But blackhammer white nail perk (mag precision bonus) is hard to reach when you are under fire. I can't even count how many times i had 2 crit hits and missed the last. I never saw anyone shoot 20 bullets in a row, landing crit hits when under fire. That perk is the only reason black hammer excists. Oh well: It's going back to icebreaker and HoC
