Guys bungie is working there as off to balance pvp and pve but the black hammer and gally nerf pissed me off as well with the final round nerf

They should make it so u must have a kill the shot before ur final round then u have 8 sec to use final round to one shot

I think it's stupid how they just broke final round because it only affects precision hits but in PvP you get 1 shot kills with precision any way making the perk useless in PvP

How in any shape or form is it ok for people to PURPOSELY shoot a few rounds off so that they know the next shot will One Hit K.O as long as they scratch any part of a persons body? Snipers are supposed to be accurate and precise, not perk abusing scrubs.

That's a good point maybe detect if the people are wasting bullets or actually hitting people to decide if the perk should a affect the damage

It takes two body shots with a sniper to kill someone so i don't see the point in going to all the effort. Snipers didn't need final round in the first place as all it led to was abuse. A headshot kills. 2 body shots kills. In pve final round will be good for extra damage which is great.
