I agree with most of the nerfs but i think the black hammer was in a good state, im not 'salty' but i would prefer if they left black hammer alone.

It's not even an exotic though. I did see some where that maybe if you hit 3 precision shot it would take 1 bullet out of your ammo or maybe even 2. That would be okay but still very powerful.
