It was too easy to spam. Made ice breaker obsolete. Still good now, though.

False, as it relied on precision hits. It was really only spammable on tanks and the like.

And how many pve enemies are slow moving? How hard is it to headshot an enemy in pve?

Irrelevant since most enemies will die in one shot unless they are majors. It had a niche role, and they are killing it.

It is a role that was extremely broken. It is good that they found a better alternative, instead of reworking it completely.

Perhaps, but they didn't have to go quite that far. They should have just changed it so that you only get one free refill per clip. At least then you are still punished for missing those crits.

I think it should have been as it is now with an extra round put in reserve. Like throwing triple tap into it.

It had function. I let my friend use my account so he could use my shit and he rerolled it into a final round sniper because his parents dropped him as a child.

If it is pre HoW then yes. Its reworked version is going to be pretty useful for pve though. I wonder how much the bonus precision damage is. They needed to give actual figures so we could work out the numbers.

I have spear with field scout. An entire extra mag and more useful perks than hammer. So yeah.

Mine was field scout. Firefly and final round.

No, it isn't. It still has the same fundamental bullet spam, it is just now you need to find ammo. Still an amazing weapon.

Outclassed by a pre how Speer now tho. That shouldn't happen. They should have changed mulligan to a decent perk and maybe added field scout. Then it would be balanced but best in class
