I didn't say anything about the nerf itself just the reaction of the players in the community. You should read more closely. I don't really care that much that the gally got nerfed and in all honesty it probably needed a damage reduction anyway it was too OP. Saying it's just a hypothesis is not necessarily true as what was mentioned is most likely more fact.
