I understand it. Right now, gjallarhorn is almost the be all and end all of high level pve content. Whenever I see a skolas game on lfg, it says lv 34 with max gally required. This should not be destiny. Without this one weapon, you are just shunned from pve content. After ttk, gjallarhorn will still do more damage than a normal rocket launcher, but it won't do the damage of nearly 2 rockets, which is fair imo
