I love BH (second thing I ascended) but infinite free ammo was a bit much.
It makes stuff like devil walkers or large crit bosses effort free. Now those encounters will still be easy but at least we'll need to either run out of cover and kill some trash mobs every now and again, or use a green synth instead of purple.

It wasn't infinite free ammo, it was one free clip when you had the skill to land all precision shots

Did you read my whole post? It's infinite free ammo in situations where landing 3 crits takes zero skill. Examples: fallen walker, sepiks, aksor. Those are 3 encounters where you have a safe spot to snipe from vs enemies with large crit boxes. In tighter, more unpredictable encounters, using a standard 6/24 sniper is more useful anyway.
