Then it would get nerfed further because people are lazy and also forgetting Bungie's intent was to stop gating content and to prevent the spam of G-horn. If people's answer is spam harder then you'd just justify another nerf I'd presume.
Basically, if people could actually play the content without relying on a hypothetical extra 15k from rockets, then there wouldn't be an issue.
