Why is there a sniper in the middle of a firefight anyway. A real sniper stays in the back. The black hammer was supposed to be used to take out major or if possible 3 different tier 1 enemies. If you're a real sniper, this nerf doesn't do all that much because BH still has crazy impact. Calm yourself
