To answer your statment/question i did my first complete raid on hard Vog with a friend and his guys. It took us 2.5 hours to complete due a combination of competence and lack of adequate weapons. At that point soloing anything was unfathomable. Secondly, i was the lucky one that received the ghorn from atheon on my second attempt. It was at that point i was able to put on my first backpack although it was small, it was simply a gateway to being able to both bring other players much like i was through the vault in hopes that they would get something good.
