This has been bothering me since the Halo 5 E3 campaign demo. Why are the Elites, who are affiliated with the Swords Of Sanghelios (The Arbiter's faction), wearing the "storm" armor? I thought that the SOS Elites wore the "Minor" armor like they did in Halo 2, 3, and Halo 2 Anniversary. Heck, is the "Minor" armor still in use? I'm kinda confused.

Storm armor isn't exclusive to Jul's Covenant. The fact of the matter is that in the post war era, Storm combat harnesses are more accessible than other harnesses.

Ok. But, is the "minor" armor still in use? I would think that some SOS Elites would wear that even in the post-war era. Heck, we even saw some Elites wear the "minor" harness in the prologue and epilogue cutscenes in Halo 2: Anniversary (with red and gold colors).
