Signed. It's one of the few changes I really didn't understand. How could they not know how BH would perform when they made it? As far as Icebreaker: Many People haven't even used it much anymore. To add maybe 1 second on recharge is one thing, but to go from 5 all the way to 8? Really? It'll take 40 seconds just to recharge 5 rounds. Those changes were just unneeded.
