They nerfed black hammer because it was a better pve option than ice breaker. Okay fine, UNDERSTANDABLE, but the nerf itself was not good. Then they went and nerfed ice breaker too... wtf? If they are going to make the cooldown 8 freaking seconds, then atleast give us like even 1 single bullet from a whole packet of special ammo. How black hammer SHOULD'VE BEEN nerfed [spoiler]the perk white nail stays the same, however, it only holds 3 in the clip, 0 in reserve. The perk holds true with a good hand, but miss one shot and the power will fade.[/spoiler]
