I dont get Grimoire Point/Cards for unlocking.
I can do everything but i dont get it.
The Grimoire Cards thats bugs:
Ghost-Fragment: Thorn 3
Ghost-Fragment: Last Word 3
Ghost-Fragment: Rasputin 3
Ghost-Fragment: Hive 4
Ghost-Fragment: Cabal 3
And yes i collected all Ghost.
Please help me.

I get no points. Got all house of wolves exotics and no points. Just got the pocket infinity and no points. Found 70 ghosts and no achievement?
