Maybe the "we absolutely need to do this in 10 mins because, something" people will be like that, yeah, but this nerf will bring the horn alittlebit more down to the other launchers like hezen, hunger and truth. Because the problem is that the horn is as of now, just way too OP. You can't argue with this. It NEEDS a nerf. And the majority of people will be ok with that. The posts of people looking for horn users will be halved, and people will have a better time getting into groups.

Depends on who you ask....gjallahorn was never OP.... atheon, hmg/snipers took him down.. Quick. Crota, 6 rockets of any variety took his shields down. Skolas, snipers and rockets do fine. Gjallahorn made encounters easier but wasn't OP. The community over hyped it but whatever. The true OP weapons were addressed like thorn and tlw. Even final round and range on shottys. Proximity got checked off as well...hell they even buffed ARS and necro... Imo some of the nerf were not needed buy whatever we will wait for the next "op" weapons and use that

If it was never OP, then i guess problem was already solved in your previous answer?

It won't be nerfed enough to match with hezen and hunger. If it was there would be no point in an exotic heavy, and they stated that they wanted a heavy hitting exotic weapon.
