Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Skolas defeated in five minutes. Go to the left, kill sevator, unload black hammer. Switch to gally unload, pop a synth, unload, dismantle mines, done. Inflated play time.
