[spoiler]if this is an open invitation[/spoiler]
*jester walks along the coast after a stressful night, and a humorous job. he walks along and notices the man sitting on the beach and notices the beautifully crafted sword. jester has never used one but he admires the craftsmanship. he decides to talk to the man and ask where he received such a beautiful weapon.*
"hello there."

The Man doesn't look away from his mechanical sword. "Hello." he says as he scrubs grime away from in between the plates and bolts of the blade with a white cloth.

"that's a gorgeous weapon, where did you get it? if you don't mind me asking of course."

"It was bestowed upon me by my authorities. They have said it is one of the most powerful weapons in the world if you pull this trigger." he gestures to a large, lengthy throttle connected to where the hilt and blade meet. "I have not pulled it yet. They say it activates a small generator inside of the sword when pulled, making the blade super-heated, electrified, and "super-sonic" with intense vibrations coursing through the blade, making an elemental atomic shockwave when it strikes something." He looks at you grimly. "It makes me powerful yet fearful."

*jester is frozen for a moment, shocked by what he hears.* "... wow... if I had a weapon like that I would be fearful as well. but how do you know it even works? have you seen someone use it?"

"No, and I'm not sure if I want to test it out. Would you?"

"possibly, but I don't want it to explode while I'm holding it either."

"They didn't say it would explode; it could stay stable after the force it generates is unleashed. It would be a little stupid having it be a one-time thing under my standards."

"yes I agree." *taking a stride closer to the man.* "but with that kind of power would be risky to use. the only time I would use it would be a last resort."

"As I thought myself." He finishes cleaning the sword, and holds the Undhime in the air under the dim, cloudy sunlight, one hand on the blade and one hand on the hilt. The polished whites and the chromatic silvers of the mechanical blade reflect both yours and The Man's faces. "She's beautiful, isn't she?"

"she is..." *jester admires the beautiful blade and hilt.*

"I must keep my closest guard with her. I know many of those wretched 'Cyberpunks' in the city want her for themselves. I can't let her fall into the wrong hands."

*jester looks nervous for only a moment, then tries to change the subject.* "so I have a question."

The Man looks at you. "What is this question?"

"would be willing to teach me how to use a sword? I don't want to have to rely on a gun in confrontations. I've never used one before."

"Hmm. Depends on the sword. Do you have one?"
-
"I do not." *he almost bows his head in shame.*

"Then I cannot teach you." He pauses for a moment. "If I could trust you to wield this sword for this moment, I would, but we don't have a very personal connection to each other, and it can only be physically wielded by whoever wears the Mk. VII Cerberus armor that I wear now."

*... what if I get a sword?"

"Then I'll teach you."

"is there any way I can reach you? I don't think finding a sword will be very easy, by the time I get back here you will most likely have gone."

Did somebody say "sword?" Clink said with a grin as he walked over to The Man. Clink took a sword out of his jacket and tosses it to Jester. "Name's Clink. Don't worry about the sword, its owner is long dead. Can't say the same for that big one over there, though. That's a fine sword there, although I sense its owner won't be dead anytime soon."

[spoiler]what kind of sword is it?[/spoiler] *jester catches the sword and looks it over. at the comment of the owner being dead he glances at click, then at the man on the beach. he looks at the mans sleek armor and incredible sword, then turns back to click.* "that is a statement I can agree with..."
