Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

6 RepliesThey're trying to reduce our completion time in PvE. As further evidenced by Gjallarhorn and IB nerfs. I for one am thankful. PvE content becomes mundane far too fast and these nerfs will prevent that somewhat.
