((Well, his armor is made out of anti-shock polymer and a carbon-fiber triple weave, though he doesn't have a helmet. He is excellent at martial arts of almost every kind ((very cheesy)). His suit also grants him lightning-fast movement speed, as well as total protection against bullets of any kind, with the exception of a bullet that is almost as large as his entire body, if not bigger. It also lets him carry the extraordinary weight of the Undhime, which weighs over 300 pounds, so I guess you'll have to take his suit, too :P))
