I'm assuming you are referring to the part about TTK weapons having lower base stats. I mentioned it in this post. I definitely saw that, but they're slipping that one by in the wake of all the Gjallarhorn panic, which again is probably not going to be all that noticeable in-game, but the base stat nerfs sure as hell will be.. Bungie are some slick bastards.
