Why are you so butthurt about it? I don't trash non-metal music for not liking it, I just don't like it. So please do not waste your time dissing other people's music when you could be promoting your kind of music.

What metal heave you listened to. Just listen to some of the classics like Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden if you want metal that's a little softer than some.
